This began as an actual photo of a yellow bowl with a variety of fruit in it, a couple peaches, a couple pears, and an apple. I took about a hundred shots with my little GE digital camera, and there were about a dozen good ones. This is the one that I picked to tweak, with color saturation and various textures and special effects, in PSE 10, HDRtist, and FX Photo Studio. Gran ted, it is �instant art,� and I would rather have tackled a canvas with tubes of acrylics and my much loved brushes, and I may yet do that using this as a model, but for the time being, this makes a nice bright, colorful image to grace anyone�s wall or note card.
