Shades of Gray metal print by Ginny Schmidt. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I love gray. There are so many shades of it. I started this with a basic checkerboard grid and then layered and twisted it around. I decreased the contract and desaturated it, then introduced hints of color back in. This appeals to me, I find the soft shades and flowing lines quite soothing. Created in PSE 10.
