This image, created completely from scratch in PSE10, took shape with little guidance from me. When I decided it was done, I saw two figures dancing with mad abandon in a smoky, neon-lit glowing night ... perhaps it is Mardi Gras, perhaps they just like to dance whenever the spirit strikes.
