I was standing in the checkout line at a hardware store one day, and there was a table nearby of orchids, of all things, for sale. I was tempted, but never had an orchid, not sure how to take care of it, but I could not resist whipping out my cell phone to take this picture.

Thanks Sydne - I've been carrying it on my cell phone for ages, but suddenly saw an FAA contest for cell phone flower pics, so I quickly processed it for posting ... and SPRING! Half the trees here are all decked out in green, the rest haven't yet got the memo.
