I created this with Eckhart Tolle in mind, who tells of the Pain Body that most of us carry around, which is built up from past unresolved hurts. It lives like a separate entity, dormant for the most part until awakened by some trigger, at which time it wants to feed. It feeds on anger, so it incites argument and destruction, whether physical or emotional, and can get out of control. It hates light - it does not want to be known or seen. Recognize it, acknowledge it, and it retreats into dormancy again. Beware the Pain Body ... know it for what it is so that you can put it away. Like the gremlins ... don't get it wet and do not feed it.
