I know, this breaks the rule of thirds: not supposed to divide a picture in half ... forgive me but this is the way it wanted to be. I like it, so there. Among the other liberties I took with this, I am calling the body of water a bayou, whereas it is actually Boca Ciega Bay as seen from Gulfport, FL.

There comes a brief time in the evening when the air over the water turns a lovely peachy color - i thought the gray clouds above made the whole scene so soft and sweet.
